Thank you to the entire Kojain community for their overwhelming support in making the Kojain Sammelan at Chicago a huge success. 

This website is inactive now. Please visit the main KOJAIN site www.kojain.com for future updates. 

Hope that everybody had a good time, and we ask for Michhami Dukkadam for any mistakes on our part. 


Once a Registration Form is submitted, it cannot be changed online. Please DO NOT Register the same person again.

* Non Kojain members will be charged single $30 fee per family/registration.

Registration Fee:  Rates are per person for KOJAIN members and their family.  
It includes dinner on Friday, Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner on Saturday, and Brunch on Sunday, and participation in all programs.  
Payments: Online registration is encouraged and preferred. After completing online registration you will have a choice of mailing in a check for the amount due, or pay online via Paypal. Paypal accepts credit card, and payments are processed instantly and securely by paypal. Checks should be made payable to "KOJAIN" and mailed to attention of Khusal Vira, 3256 West 186th St, Homewood, IL 60430.  Data Chart of payment method that people have selected until now.
Donation and Sponsorship: Registration amount covers only part of the costs for hosting the sammelan. Consider supporting the event by selecting to donate when registering for the kojain sammelan.
Food Selection: When registering you will have a choice of Vegetarian, Jain or Vegan food. 

Notes:

  • To fill out a printed copy of the registration form and mail it in with your check, download it here.

  • Nonmembers will be charged an Additional $30 fee per family. We encourgae everyone to become a Kojain member and avoid additonal fees and support your community organization . Kojain Membership forms are available on KOJAIN website www.kojain.com/membership-form

  • Full refunds can be claimed until April 30th. Refunds claimed after May 1st, and until June 30th will incur a $25 refund fee per registered person. After July 1st, the refund fee will be $50 per registered person. Please contact us for making changes to your registration.

  • Organizers of this event and KOJAIN are not responsible for loss, injury or damage of any kind to registrant or guest. Parent or legal guardian must sign liability waiver if participant is under 18 years of age for participating in independent activities.

  • For sponsoring Lunch, Dinner or other workshops, please click on the Sponsorship/Donations link on our website for additional information and contact us for sponsorship

  • Accommodation is the responsibility of registrant. Suggestion is to book the accommodation at the Sanmelan location at your earliest convenience.
